Description A list of mods and perks that are not only free to use and to include in your own mods, but the perks are something special as most perk packs don\'t have them.
- The most important and fun one of them all is the Deathclaw mutation perk which turns you into deathclaw with the deathclaw gauntlet as your permanent weapon.
- The second favored perk is one which adds recoil to the game, but 100% hitting rate within vats (you have to be within range though)
There will be more updates later, but for right now, everything works and there are no problems. Check the readme for more info.
