Before I review this file, I'd like to clear up a common misconception: Frankenstein is NOT the monster. Frankenstein is the doctor that created the monster. The green monster itself is referred to as 'Frankenstein's Monster'. Now that I've cleared that up...

We have a Frankenstein's Monster skin made last year, and it arrived just in time for Halloween! Couldn't have asked for better timing. This is a fairly nice skin, with all your expected little things like green skin, scars, and whatnot. There are a number of things that I noticed that could be improved upon though. First of all, the nose and hair looks kind of weird. Perhaps find a model that has better UV mapping so it's easier to skin the face, and maybe also one that's a bit bulkier. This monster looks like a wimp when it comes to muscles. Next, the pants and shirt look kind of odd. Perhaps try a bit of shading to make it look like the shirt is tucked into the pants, or skin a belt inbetween the two. Right now it looks kind of unnatural the way they meet. Third, there's just a bit of cleaning up that could be done around various parts of the skin.

Overall though, it's a pretty good monster. Fix those up, and it'll be superb. Fix those up and add new sounds and team skins, and it'll be spectacular. Frankenstein's monster just isn't complete without intimidating grunting and growling.
