New Speedometer

Description
Here is a modification that will add a new anologue speedometer to the screen when driving a vehicle. The speedometer does look fairly well made in game, and does its job as well. This will work with any vehicle (including bikes, cars, boats, planes, buses, etc...) in game and includes all of the files that you will need in the file itself.
