Description Tatooine Bridge is a ground skirmish map for Forces of Corruption (not standard Empire at War) by CanadianBorg.
CanadianBorg graces EaWFiles with a great looking map. Tatooine Bridge revolves around a single bridge connecting two plateaus surrounded by rocky cliffs. There is a single reinforcement point in the center of the bridge and there is nowhere else to go, so this'll let you have some really pitched battles. The screenshot below was taken without the fog and dust since you could barely see anything with it. Hopefully, people won't have this issue ingame.
If you like a simple map that looks great and will let you have some great battles, then you should definitely check out this map! For those interested, here's the backstory of this scenario written by the author.
Backstory:
Following the conquest of Tatooine during the early years of the Empire, Grand Moff Tarkin decided to construct a military base in a desolate canyon, which is the only passage through the region. Due to the unceasing sandstorms that plague this area of Tatooine (thereby making air travel difficult indeed), a large bridge was built spanning the chasm, at the small town of Mos Osnoe.
Now, years later, the bridge remains a vital strategic link in the region, as it IS the only safe method of transit over the chasm. Whoever controls it would be able to move large numbers of units across and through the canyon, saving a large amount of time in deploying troops to the nearby regions. The canyon cannot be crossed by air, due to the sandstorms, and is too deep to climb down.
