Unofficial Patch 1.41

Description
After talking with some members of the Far Cry community, DocSEAL has released an Unofficial Patch v1.41 for all to enjoy! This patch was developed with the intention of being a compromise between the official Far Cry patches: Patch v1.33 and Patch v1.4.
[b]The changes to look forward to are:[/b]
Reverted SAW back to 1.33 levels.
Reverted Shotgun back to 1.33 levels. An early, improved shotgun that was not supposed to be in 1.4 somehow made it in final scripts.
Fixed vehicle bullet damages.
Buggy now takes 100 bullets to destroy.
Humvee now takes 200 as intended.
Reverted canvas bullet stoppage to full. This will stop the single player AI from seeing through buildings.
Modified [b]Clivey\'s[/b] fix for bino bug to be less of a hamper on normal sniping yet still be a fix for the bug.
[b]DocSEAL[/b] has also created a new PB config to allow for the new file and md5 check for it; He has also disallow a SystemCfgOverride.cfg in the root folder and only allow cmdrate at default of 40. This should help put everyone on the same playing field.
