Rusty Ships & Droids

Tch tch tch...I do not understand the basis of this at all. I saw this file, and wondered to myself: \"Why is it that this file is named \"Rusty Ships & Droids?\" I decided, out the pure curiousity in me, to insert this into my base folder.

Then while I was walking about in a trip to the Star Wars Universe, I noticed something odd. Everything was corroded and rusted! The droids were struggling to move with their rustic gears. One even blew up, and I was quite amused. I saw ships flying overhead with rust caked about them. One shuttle\'s wing broke off and sent it crashing into a building! Some biker\'s swoop broke down and caught on fire. I fell to my knees and shouted: WHY?!

Yes, this malevolent file that is hellbent on destroying the Star Wars Universe can be yours. Its purpose? Turn a myriad of droids, starships, and swoops, into rustic junkheaps that will not function. I jest when I say they do not function. They do, of course, function; the idea is the rusted skin placed upon them.

The problem with this rusted skin is that it doesn\'t really look rusted much. It looks more like a bronze and/or copper layer was applied over the targets. If you want rust, ask me and I shall take you to my closet full of armored cadavers. I prefer my undead to be prepared for battle, you know...

Overall, an interesting idea, but a little more effort will be required to achieve a plausible rust effect. Perhaps, however, they will fit into the author\'s map he claims he will be releasing. I don\'t know, but I suppose the time the map comes around I\'ll take a look.

Offer your bandwidth if you demand a change in coloration or function. I\'m certain having corroded gears will surprise your opponent when parts of his vessel FALL OFF! AHAHAHAHAHAHA...yes...>_> *walks a-way*
