Power Transfer

Description
Here is a fairly simple modification that will give you the ability to manage the energy levels between the main battery and the backup battery. This can be very useful if say you a Romulan Warbird hiding or trying to escape, and your cloak is about to fail or to give more power to the shields and weapons. The power transfer script can add a little bit more tactics into the game where you can manage more of your power to evade or even attack an enemy. Although as this script is a beta, there is a chance that there will be some bugs present that haven't been fixed.

Please note that this file requires QB Autostart version 0.9.1.
