Description
The next part of the famous series of realistic war games. Unlike predecessors, for the production of the Combat Mission Afghanistan does not correspond to the series creators-studio Battlefront, but Russian team with Snowball Interactive, known primarily from Mount & Blade: with fire and sword.
The game takes place during the Soviet intervention in Afghanistan. It is possible to include command over both the Russians and Afghans. We follow developments over two campaigns. The first one covers the initial phase of the war (years 1980-1982) and is set around Kabul, Parwanu, Kandagaru and Bagramu. The second of the campaign takes place in the years 1985-1987 and represents the deadliest period of armed conflict. In addition, the game includes ten independent mission.
Note: The Demo contains two scenarios developed specifically for the demo version. Allows you to play single and multiplayer mode.
