Adding a setup menu that allows:

* Assign a key of mod to nanocombie
* Showing FPS
* Show Real time
* On/Off DOF Dynamics
* Sound for energy (for 50% , - 10% and 0%)



For using mod :

* use key "k" to open the menu
* Switch option (menu): up and down
* Switch menu tabs: left and right
* Delete and reset value: delete

Installation guide:

1. Go to the ..GameLevelsMultiplayerIA folder.
2. Place the custom map into this folder.
3. Start Crysis
4. You can create a lan or internet server, put the level into the rotation and play.
