Description C&C Retarded is the continuation of the "Retarded" mod series for C&C Generals Zero Hour. This mod is created by just one person. I like to use my ability to understand the code behind the game to manipulate it to the way I see as being the most fun. For me I don't care what I do to a game, as long as in the end it is the most fun experience possible.

School is starting up soon for me so I won't have much time for modding. I do plan to do weekly updates but they will probably not be that consistent. This is why I decided to call this version 1.0. I hope all of you enjoy this mod very much.
