Description Videos are getting more and more rare. It's nice to see they are still being made! This is a series based on the clone wars. It's not the most unique subject of late, but it seems to be all the rage.
Now, having never seen the Clone Wars tv series, I don't know whether or not it follows the same story. My guess would be a no, since this is titled "Jedi's Demise". I could be wrong...
I'm really on the fence with this video...I can't decide whether I do or don't like it. Much of the video could be improved on, and yet much of it is well-made at the same time. I'll start with the pros:
The flow of the music was actually pretty good, though a bit jumpy at times.
Most of the voices were pretty good. Actually, I think they were the best part of the entire film.
The camera work was very good in most of the scenes.
On the dark side, though...there is much to be worked on:
There are some LOOOONG credits at the beginning of this video. Very long.
Many scenes are unnecessary or too long, so there is a lot of deadweight.
In the big fight at the end, the saber sounds were added afterward, and a loop was used...it was very awkward to hear sabers clashing repeatedly and repetitively when the duelists were nowhere near each other.
Overall, it does need a lot more work...but still, if you like videos filmed in Quake, I'm sure you'll find this interesting.
