Okay, there's not much need for a fully detailed review, as the best part is in T89T's review, I will only go over some tweaks.

For the Quinlan Vos reskin, Sazen simply made bot files for him, nothing more.
For the Cloud reskin, Sazen added a necklace similar to Tidus' necklace in FFX, added some traditional Japanese sounds for rolls,pains,taunts etc etc, and also tweaked the bot files.

So, there are new sounds with Cloud reskin, but with the Quinlan Vos we are very lucky to be left with the 'Take that!' taunt :D

If you are wanting to use this model from the console, here are the commands:
