Description Divide Unit Cap
What this mod does:
When a player (Human or AI) dies the unit cap is split amongst the remaining players. Example: In a 4 player game with a 750 unit cap if 1 player dies all the other player's units caps increase to 1000.
This splits the unit cap of a defeated side between the rest of the armies so you could start off with 8 armies on 250 cap each. This would eventually be 2 armies fighting with 1000 unit cap each!
