Malak Reskin

Darth Malak was a Dark Lord of the Sith 4000 years before Darth Sidious’ plot to turn the Old Republic into the Galactic Empire. Malak progressed with an iron fist in hopes to destroy the Republic and control the galaxy during the events of the original [i]Knights of the Old Republic[/i] game.

Traditionally Malak wears red clothing and armor with black robes. His jaw is missing because of a lightsaber duel he was in. The rumor (and only a rumor, not confirmed) is that Master Kavar who makes an appearance the sequel game, [i]Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords[/i], was the one who severed Malak’s jaw. Malak is a tall human, about as tall as a traditional Wookiee (put Zaalbar and Malak next to each other and they’re about the same height).

As modders, we seem to love to make changes and the original KOTOR game, Darth Malak is a target of re-skins. This is where Simon Lewis, who is making his FileFront debut comes in. In this re-skin, he decided to give the Dark Lord grey clothing with gold armor and a gold jaw piece to replace his fresh mouth. His eyes have been turned to Sith colored eyes. Of course the author has done what a lot of rookies (I’m included in this list) make mistakes when trying to do a re-skin of Malak is forgetting to re-skin his jawless head file. So the scene where Malak appears jawless telling his commander to have patience, he will have his traditional head that we see (assuming you’re not replacing a previous Malak skin). A totally original new look for the Dark Lord. If you need something different, here you go. Enjoy the new skin! :D
