Gives all mechanics access to all upgrade types... Well, most of them! I am sure to have missed a few but, now that you know how to, you can add any that I missed as you find them.
Tested with CS patch 1.5.0.4 but I wouldn't be suprised if it worked for earlier versions? Let me know.
Should NOT need to start a new game; that is, it works fine with my 1.5.0.4 saved games.
