Osiris Blades

I always love to see an author improving, and while sections of these models can surely use some work there is definite improvement. That makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. My only real design complaint with these swords is that they're incredibly large and don't look like they should be - the hilts are almost so large they don't fit in the hand. The skinning on the swords actually looked much poorer than it is in the screenshots, which is why I'm glad I tested it in-game. This is one case where I believe the shader actually deceives you into thinking there is no detail on the blade. It's blurry and not well defined, but it's there. The fledgling steps to learning good sword skinning. Kudos on getting some shading in there. Keep practicing it.

I just wanted to add a little suggestion on the model itself. I don't know if the design called for many hard edges, but the author may want to look into smoothing groups (especially on the pommel area). Not something the average player is going to notice, but it's my job to notice such things. Overall, though, a good couple of swords showing some good improvement over previous projects. A holster has also been included for our JA+ friends to use.
