You need

* OFPWatch running. Just google it if you want OFPAlert adds a new alert feature to OFPWatch, the server monitoring/addon manager for OFP. This new feature allows you to be alerted via your Mobile Phone when a game is available in OFPWatch in addition to the existing Sound alert.
