This map is nothing super-cool. It uses a light variation of textures and has what i would call i "light" detail in variations around the map. There aren't any tactical oppertunities or anything. There is however lots and lots of Tiberium around the map so you wan't be running out of money any time soon.
WIth a little more work this map could have been really great.
Note: The map is not in its own folder, so you will have to create a "Hungary" folder in your CnC3 maps folder. Also it appears that the map has no minimap.
